International Keywords are a form of Universal Resource
Name, like other forms of Internet Addresses such
as domain names and IP numbers, they allow websites
or online resources to be located via the allocation
of a unique identifier.
In the case of International Keywords this identifier
is a plain language, human readable address. An example
of such an address would be "international keyword".
When entered into a compliant device a user would
be taken to the website assigned.
