Registering
a Trademark as an iKeyword
You may register an Trademark as an International
Keyword as long as you either work for, or are acting
on behalf of the company, organization or person that
legally owns that trademark.
If you register a trademark that does not belong
to you, you may be subject to legal action by the
rightful owner, and maybe forced to hand over that
ikeyword under the guidelines provided by the Dispute
Resolution Policy.
During certain registration
periods, the International Keyword Registry may
operate a Due Diligence
policy.
