International Keywords are governed by a dispute resolution policy. This policy out lines the steps that should be taken if you believe that someone has registered an International Keyword that should rightly belong to you.

You may believe this because the term is a trademark or name property of your company or organization. This dispute resolution policy does not govern the use of generic terms, as such it will not help recover or assign an International Keyword to you simply on the basis that your use of it would be more appropriate.
