Dispute Resolution

In the event that a registration has been processed for a name that your company believes it holds the rights to a dispute resolution procedure exists.

This procedural is similar to the dispute resolution process approved by ICANN and applied to domain names.

In the event that resolution cannot be completed under the guidelines of the policy, arbitration or ruling may be undertaken either by the WIPO or a select committee of the International Charter Organization.
