What This Privacy Policy Covers

iKeyword collects personal information when you register a navicode. This information is used to assign the legal ownership of the navicode you you or you company.

Information such as your name, e-mail address, mailing address, company, phone number may become available via the International Keyword WHOIS system. This information is not sold to third party companies.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

International Keyword does not sell any personal information collected. Your information may be disclosed to the appropriate law enforcement agencies if such a request is received.

Information concerning your navicode may also be disclosed to either the ICHO or International Charter Organisation in the event of dispute and subsequent arbitration.
